Beach - Pantan
The Pantan Beach is very easy to reach and it is very close to Trogir. It is ideal for families with children for various reasons: it is located on the estuary of the river Pantan and thanks to its surrounding some of its parts are covered with pebble and some with sand. On the Pantan Beach there are several beach bars, where refreshments or coffee can be enjoyed, as well as a good music. Close to the Pantan beach there is a shop and a restaurant. It is rich with entertainment and recreational activities, and here we single out kayaking. On the Pantan Beach you can rent sunbeds and beach umbrellas. One part of the Pantan beach is surrounded by green vegetation and pine woods, so you can find a well shaded spot just for yourself and enjoy the aromatic relaxation with a touch of a pine wood aroma.
Beach - Copacabana
The Okrug beach, also known as the Copacabana, is the most famous beach on the Riviera of Trogir, which hosts diverse activities and events day and night. With the smell of the sea and the Sound of waves, many beach bars with good music, restaurants and sports centres there, so this beach is as equally attractive in the evening as during the day, because of many entertaining events being held here, like parties with world famous guest DJ-s and other programmes, hence the name “Copacabana of Trogir”. The Copacabana is located in Okrug Gornji on the Island Čiovo. From the beach Okrug there is a great sea taxi service, ideal transport for nights filled with fun and action. The tickets for Taxi-boats cost 2-3 Euros for adults and 1.50 Euro for children.
Beach - Kava
The Kava beach is located on an outbound location on the island Čiovo, in the bay of the fishermen’s settlement Slatine. The Slatine Kava beach is surrounded by pure untouched nature, various greenery and pine woods. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, except for one fast food bar on the beach.
If you decide to go to this beach, you should be aware that you are going to need one whole day for such a trip, because it is quiet hard to reach this beach from Trogir and all of the shops and services on Čiovo, so you will need to go there well prepared. But it is worth every effort, because of its remarkable natural beauty, its special ambience and clean sea water, which makes it ideal for family trips.
Beach - The White Beach
The White Beach is located in the bay of the settlement of Mavarstica and is covered with white pebbles and therefore called the White Beach. From Bijela Plaža many Dalmatian islands can be seen, the sea is crystal clean and it is surrounded by pine wood and other greenery. Bijela Plaža is so attractive thanks to its beautiful and calm surroundings that provide relaxation for one’s soul, body, mind and eyes. You can reach Bijela Plaža only on foot and it is rather cut off from the rest of the world, but that’s what makes it so special. Bijela Plaža is ideal for relaxing and feeling in harmony with nature.
Beach - Marinova Draga
The Beach Marinova Draga is located between Trogir and Okrug Gornji, so it is very close to the Villa Luna Apartments. This pebbly beach is very popular and suitable for families with children, because it has a lot of shaded parts and spots with shallow, clean water, a beach bar and a restaurant. On the Marinova Draga Beach there are also deck chairs that can be rented.
Beach - Long Bay
The Beach Uvala Duga (Long Bay) is located in Okrug Gornji, so it is easy to reach from the Apartments of Villa Luna. Uvala Duga beach is accessible by different means of transport; cars, bicycles, scooters or on foot. Next to the Uvala Duga beach there is a tavern with an exquisite offer of Dalmatian cuisine specialities. Uvala Duga is surrounded by greenery and olive trees, which create a great natural sunshade.
Beach - The Marina
The Marina beach is a very popular beach situated in the same named settlement Marina, known for one of the very few sandy beaches. It is completely covered with sand and tiny pebbles, with clean sea water, peaceful smaller bays and pine and olive trees. On the Marina Beach you can enjoy the variety of water sports, like sailing and diving. In the same area there are different restaurants with a good gastronomic offer with traditional sea specialities and fresh fish.
